BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Management, or related field.
Textile/Engineering background will be an added advantage.

Experience
9–12 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchase, preferably in a woven garments factory.
Hands-on experience in local procurement of machinery spare parts, engineering items, MRO, electrical items and factory consumables.
Good understanding of the woven garments production process and factory operations.
Responsibilities & Context
Role Summary
Manage local procurement of factory and corporate operational materials, ensuring timely supply, competitive pricing, quality, and effective supplier performance to support uninterrupted woven garment operations.
Job Description
Manage end-to-end local procurement of spare parts, MRO, civil items, engineering and electrical items, and other factory materials.
Source suppliers, collect quotations, prepare CS, and negotiate price and terms.
Process PR, PO, and ERP transactions and maintain procurement documentation.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials for production and maintenance.
Develop and maintain reliable local vendor networks.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores, and Finance.
Identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
