Responsibilities & Context

Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP, HRM & Payroll, Accounting software, POS, Inventory, Ecommerce, Corporate website e.t.c. software sales.

Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.

Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management.
