Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients, including shops, department stores, pharmacies, restaurants, service-oriented businesses (e.g., beauty parlors, hair salons), and small scale manufacturing companies.

• Present and demonstrate our ERP software solutions to prospects, highlighting its key features and benefits.

• Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to offer the most relevant ERP modules.

• Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals with small and medium businesses across Bangladesh.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Provide after-sales support and work with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.

• Continuously update product knowledge to stay competitive in the market.
