Job Context:

Premiaflex Plastics Limited is a growth oriented company of flexible packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh, supplying quality printed flexible packaging material using fully automated Flexo CI and Roto Gravure Printing technologies for various forms of laminates with foil, film and paper. It is looking for a suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for analyzing & reporting of factory daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and challenges.
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and identify trends.
Identify bottlenecks or obstacles in operational processes and propose effective solutions.
Assist in the design and implementation of new processes, procedures, and tools to improve productivity.
Collaborate with IT and technology teams to leverage automation and technology solutions for operational improvements.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate operational insights and progress to management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to operations and process optimization.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall business performance
