Education
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- At least 1 year
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, marketing, or customer service will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational institutions.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet, Social Media).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Personal Attributes
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in overseas education consultancy or student recruitment.
- Knowledge of international university admission processes.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital promotion.
