Responsibilities & Context

• Utilize manpower efficiently and control machine operations.
• Monitor dyeing production, manage delays, and control remakes.
• Color process operations and quality standards.
• Maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for materials and sub-materials.
• Conduct regular dyeing process checks to ensure efficiency.
• Control dyeing quality, reduce rejects, and manage costs.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices and ensure workplace safety.
• Manage process documentation and monitor target achievements.
• Oversee machine installation, maintenance, and parts management.
• Conduct and participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities.
• Any other task assigned by the department manager.
