Supervisor – IT

Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd, a 100% Export Oriented Enterprise located in Uttara EPZ, Nilphamari, is seeking a skilled and proactive professional for the position of Supervisor – IT. The Supervisor – IT will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring uninterrupted availability of hardware, software, network, and business applications. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, hardware support expertise, multitasking ability, and effective coordination with users and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, operating systems, email, user accounts, desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve PC/laptop hardware and software issues, perform OS installation, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity across office, production, and warehouse areas; troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
• Assist in IT infrastructure activities including UTP cabling, termination, patch panel setup, and basic fiber optic support.
• Manage IT assets including equipment setup, deployment, maintenance, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure endpoint security through system updates, antivirus management, basic backup support, and device monitoring.
• Support ERP and production systems including barcode, RFID, labeling systems, and machine connectivity requirements.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control systems, and related security devices.
• Support IoT/AI-based devices through connectivity monitoring and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Lead and coordinate IT support activities while ensuring timely issue resolution and effective user communication.
• Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned by IT Management.
