Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Arts (Pass) in Education, Master of Arts (MA) in Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or physics/chemistry/math/botany/Zoology/ICT/CSE/Accounting/English/Management/Geography/History/Economics/Social work/Political Science or any other subject having fluency in English .
• Teaching certification or equivalent credentials.

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Experience teaching at pre-primary, primary, or secondary levels.
• Strong knowledge of instructional strategies and curriculum design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Fluent in spoken English and have a good command over MS office.

• Experienced with Cambridge curriculum will get priority.

Responsibilities & Context

• Design and follow a complete teaching plan.
• Organize learning material and resources.
• Use a variety of activities and instructional methods ( stories , media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities.
•  Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Use a variety of instructional materials to address learner variability.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Assess and evaluate student performance regularly.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
• Support the school’s mission and values through effective teaching
