Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or relevant field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
Practical experience in solar system installation, and maintenance.
Field-level supervision and coordination.
Experience in community-based interventions.
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures, quality assurance, and preventive maintenance practices.
Experience in data collection and field reporting.
Coordination with suppliers, and local communities for smooth field execution.
Proficiency in the Chittagonian language.
Passion for sustainability, Community engagement and empowerment and Cultural respect
Skilled in troubleshooting and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Context
Support the Project Officer in the overall field coordination and technical implementation of the e-cooking pre-pilot activities.
Supervise field-level installation, testing, and commissioning of solar-powered e-cooking systems in refugee and host community households.
Ensure installation and wiring works comply with approved technical drawings, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
Provide hands-on guidance to field technicians during installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Assist in preparing field implementation plans, material checklists, and progress updates in coordination with the Project Engineer and Project Officer.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance and user safety.
Support data collection on system functionality, user satisfaction, and technical performance.
Coordinate with Community Mobilizers for site preparation, household selection, and user training sessions.
Facilitate on-site user demonstrations on safe and efficient operation of e-cooking appliances.
Maintain accurate documentation including installation reports, system issue logs, and field visit records.
Ensure proper handling and storage of solar equipment, tools, and materials.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Management Unit to ensure timely project delivery.
