Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Source and activate new dealers and revive inactive ones to meet sales goals.
- Prepare and submit monthly tour plans for management review.
- Ensure sales collections are completed as per targets.
- Visit dealers, retailers, and farmers regularly to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collect and process orders efficiently to maintain seamless sales operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.
- Coordinate with the technical team to promote product benefits and arrange technical seminars.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, collection, and market analysis reports to the supervisor.
