data edge limited is one of the leading ICT System Integration company in Bangladesh providing ICT solutions to its wide customer base in Bangladesh and abroad. data edge limited is looking for some suitable resources to manage its Technical Product & Technical Solution Design team.

Job Responsibilities:

Engineering Role:

Install, support & maintenance of enterprise servers & storage system.
Configure, maintenance & troubleshoot of enterprise storage solutions.
Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows Server 2012 / 2008 / 2003, RHEL, HP-UX & Other Unix.
Product & Solution Design Role:
Acquire and keep knowledge up-to-date on specific IT products & solutions as well as industry trends, using various information sources – internet, product information, webinars, seminars, trainings, meetings, etc.
Ability to analyze and compare multiple products, identify competitive advantages and disadvantages of products, and translate to benefits.
Understand client’s technology requirements and pain-points, and align various products and services to prepare a comprehensive solution design.
Maintain partner relations with specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Solution Providers, assess and fulfill partnership per-requisites.
Understand Partners’ and Company’s pricing models, and prepare comprehensive pricing for the clients.
Business Development Role:
Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
