data edge limited is one of the leading ICT System Integration company in Bangladesh providing ICT solutions to its wide customer base in Bangladesh and abroad. data edge limited is looking for some suitable resources to manage its Technical Product & Technical Solution Design team.

Job Responsibilities:

Acquire and keep knowledge up-to-date on specific IT products & solutions as well as industry trends, using various information sources – internet, product information, webinars, seminars, trainings, meetings, etc.
Ability to: analyze and compare multiple products, identify competitive advantages and disadvantages of products, and translate to benefits.
Understand client’s technology requirements and pain-points, and align various products and services to prepare a comprehensive solution design.
Master various office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-points, Visio, etc.) for preparing proposals, presentations, solution and flow diagrams, etc. as required to respond to client proposals/RFPs. Acquire skills for presenting technical solutions in plain business terms to connect with clients easily.
Maintain partner relations with specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Solution Providers, assess and fulfill partnership per-requisites.
Understand Partners’ and Company’s pricing models, and prepare comprehensive pricing for the clients.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with all relevant teams within the organization, maintain processes and ensure an effective workflow and business practices.
Acquire a pleasant interpersonal communication skill comprising of knowledge sharing, good behavior and relevance, such that ever client meeting turns out to be a delight for the customer.
