Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create compelling digital products that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with product managers to align design solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years in UX/UI design
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects (research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs).
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar.
• Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS), or UX writing.
