Education
- Master of Science (MSc)
- or BSc or BSc in Textile Engineering or educational qualifications may be considered flexible for candidates with extensive relevant experience.
Experience
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile,Dyeing Factory
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge and expertise both Dyeing and finishing all process.·
- Experience in wet processing technology (Dyeing & Finishing)
- Knowledge and expertise in Shade matching for Polyester Woven and knit Fabric, reduce reject, Proper chemical dosing.
- Skills and ability to communication with others smoothly both oral and written.
- Skills and ability: Lead the subordinates and communicate smoothly.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure target production and required (consistent) quality of all processed and finished fabrics.
- Working as per priority set by Customer service/marketing for all WIP fabrics in machines.
- Plan and ensure consistency of all production parameter and recipe.
- Co-operate & adopt all viable changes recommended by “LEAN” team.
- Analyze performance on a regular basis and proactively lead continuous improvement.
- Ensure availability of all items in Production (Jigger & Jet Rapid) for smooth execution of all dye lots as per daily dyeing plan.
- Ensure JIGGER & Jet dyeing, Coating, Calendar and Embroidery section all processed fabrics to the next work station without fail.
- Exercise “PUSH” and “PULL” system for maximizing performance of JIGGER & Jet Dyeing section.
- Close contact with SDF LABORATORY to know all laboratory findings of all JET dyeing & Jigger fabrics. In case of poor laboratory results, doing root cause analysis. Sharing ideas with R&D (Reject analyzing) team and Korean experts to take preventive measure.
- Cooperate the R&D (Reject analyzing) team and provide recommendations if necessary.
- Actively assisting all required trials on inspection failed fabrics required by R&D (Reject analyzing) team/ Korean production staffs.
- Ensure 100% correct posting in “ERP/SAP” system of all relevant data.
- Ensure compliance of “ESH” set rules in all machines.
- Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness of all sections, machineries and surroundings.
- Ensure discipline in JET Dyeing & RAPID, Jigger sections.
- Work closely with Maintenance team to ensure all machines operation are in good condition. Ensure okay certificate of any repairing work of any machines.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate performance expectations, align, understandings and address any issues or questions from the team.
- Create an environment of teamwork and motivate all team members to complete the assigned work with in the assigned time.
