Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare H&M schedule.
- Place booking at H&M portal according to schedule.
- Responsible H&M C&F documentations and Buyer documentation.
- All buyers document submission part for proceed realization update at ERP.
- Responsible for Payment and EXP overdue status.
- Payment and voucher reconciliation with Accounts department.
- Monitoring and ensuring on time cargo and C&F documents delivery.
