Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Postgraduate/Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.
- Prior experience as a Branch Manager will be considered a strong advantage.
Experience
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve branch business targets related to both deposits and advances, ensuring overall financial growth.
- Drive sustainable growth in the branch`s deposit and asset portfolio.
- Maintain portfolio quality by minimizing PAR (Portfolio at Risk) and NPL (Non-Performing Loans), achieving year-end targets as per budget.
- Implement and enforce robust processes and controls to prevent money laundering, fraud, misrepresentation, and to ensure customer protection, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee all branch expenditures, ensuring they are processed with due diligence and in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture within the branch, aligned with the core values of LBF.
- Maintain strong relationships and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
