Position: Architect / 3D Designer

Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities
Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts.
Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, visual presentations, and animation videos.
Prepare design proposals, mood boards, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and presentation materials.
Produce and edit architectural walkthroughs and visualization videos.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure design accuracy and project quality.
Assist in project planning, material selection, and budget preparation.
Conduct site visits when required and support project execution activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain project deliverables.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Fresh graduates with strong design and visualization skills are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, and animation/video rendering software.
Strong skills in 3D visualization, rendering, drafting, and animation.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material specifications, and project budgeting will be considered an advantage.
Experience in creating architectural walkthroughs and animation videos will be an added advantage.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
