Requirements
Experience

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 21 years
- Graduation/Post-graduation from any reputed public/ private university in any discipline; having no third class/division in academic record. Finance and Banking, Marketing, Management graduates would be preferred
Responsibilities & Context
- Acquire new Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan clients through direct marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan customers.
- Achieve business targets in line with organizational goals.
- Ensure smooth collection of EMIs and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies.
- Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and progress.
- Support cross-functional teams as per management`s time-to-time assignments.
