Responsibilities & Context
- Work closely with the Head of Product to define, refine, and execute the digital product roadmap for IPDC’s Business Transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs and market demands into actionable user stories, user journeys and data/process flows for the engineering teams. Clear documentation of As-Is and To-Be flows with impact areas.
- Defile and document user feedback to identify areas for iterative enhancement and feature optimization.
- Work closely with project managers in project management and coordination tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with internal business users, QA engineers, and external beta testers to execute UAT.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to complete the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. Prepare comprehensive UAT cases and scenarios aligned with business use cases.
- Align teams with structured project management methodologies (leveraging frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2) to track milestones, mitigate risks, and manage resource allocation effectively.
