Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Diploma in Civil

Experience

    • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements.
  • Sound knowledge in computer MS office program, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concept to booth client & team members.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials and Building systems.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Civil Engineer for our real estate projects (residential/commercial buildings). The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project timelines.

 

Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka-1216

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
  • Ensure work is executed as per design, drawing, and specifications
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with standards
  • Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation
  • Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site workers
  • Maintain project progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Check construction materials and ensure quality control
  • Identify and resolve on-site engineering issues
  • Ensure safety standards are properly followed at site
  • Communicate with management and provide project updates
  • Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule
  • Must have knowledge about residence interior design
  • Understand the client’s requirements and achieving a satisfactory level through design
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty
