- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering
Experience
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Group of Companies, Steel
Additional Requirements
Additional Requirements:
- 6–8 years of solid experience in local scrap procurement from CTG and nearby Dhaka areas.
- Also need purchase experience of ferro alloys, ferro manganese, silico manganese etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Steel manufacturing raw materials and local sources.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-value procurement portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills for cost comparison and market assessment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems.

Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and execute local procurement such as scrap, quartzite powder, silico manganese, and related items.
- Oversee local scrap purchase operations, including supplier selection, price negotiation, order placement, shipment tracking, and payment clearance.
- Monitor global and domestic market trends for raw materials; provide price forecasts and sourcing strategies to management.
- Evaluate and compare COGS & financials for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and production teams for payment, scheduling, and inventory alignment.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, trade laws, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Initiate automation process to leverage the internal process.
