Experience

    • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 22 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics / Distribution / Supply Chain operations (preferably in FMCG industry)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery
  • Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records
  • Manage transport scheduling and route coordination
  • Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support operations
  • Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues
  • Prepare logistics reports and maintain documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in distribution processes
