Requirements
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics / Distribution / Supply Chain operations (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records
- Manage transport scheduling and route coordination
- Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support operations
- Track delivery performance and resolve operational issues
- Prepare logistics reports and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in distribution processes
