- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Vendor management and supplier evaluation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Source suppliers, collect quotations, and conduct price comparisons.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to support business operations.
