Responsibilities & Context
- Process foreign university application, admission, scholarship and Visa application.
- Collect required documents and information from students & update all data in CRM.
- Counsel students over phone & in office to provide information for study abroad.
- Communicate with foreign institutions for application, admission and scholarship.
- To consult with the students & guardians about admission & Visa procedure.
- Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
- Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via social media.
- Write Letters for students regarding admission and Visa application.
