Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-centric Sales Executive to join our dynamic travel agency team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking to book international and domestic tours, holiday packages, visas, and air tickets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of travel destinations, and a proven track record in sales or customer service within the travel/tourism sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage prospective clients (B2C and B2B) to sell international and domestic holiday packages, air tickets, and visa processing services.
  • Consultation & Customization: Understand clients’ travel requirements, budgets, and preferences to design, customize, and present attractive tour itineraries and travel plans.
  • Query Management: Promptly handle inbound inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media channels, and walk-in clients, converting leads into successful bookings.
  • long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional post-sales support.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice to clients.
