Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: Parents Care Limited is looking for confident young Customer Service Agent to provide the highest level of quality service to customers, who will be able to handle inbound-outbound calls, social media queries, and provide outstanding customer service with strong communication skill and proficiency in both English and Bangla languages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media in both Bengali and English languages
  • Handle online sales and follow up until delivery
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationships
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons using internal system for further investigation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience in a professional manner
  • Other related tasks assigned by the management
  • Report time to time to concerned person for complicated issues

Employment Status: The recruitment will be made on a short-term contractual service agreement basis for 4 months which is a renewable and permanent opportunity depending on the performance.
