  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Follow company guidelines and quality standards during customer interactions.
  • Achieve performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns when necessary. These duties reflect common call center responsibilities in customer service and call handling roles.
