- Conduct tele sales and cold calls to achieve sales targets.

- Engage with interested leads through outbound calls, providing information and assistance to help them complete their service journey.
- Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and escalate unresolved issues.
- Demonstrate patience and empathy while handling difficult situations.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote services and convert leads into successful sales.
