- Note: Initially, candidates will be appointed as Sales Representatives (SR) for a probationary period of 6 months. Based on their performance, competence, and overall evaluation during this period, successful candidates may be considered for permanent employment as a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) with the company.
Responsibilities & Context
- Increase product sales at retailer level within the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Achieve sales targets and submit regular reports.
- Analyze market trends and take initiatives to increase sales.
