Responsibilities & Context

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Agni’s IP Telephony systems and infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation of technical strategies to enhance service quality and performance.
• Develop and oversee VoIP architecture, including SBCs, PBXs, and gateways.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with BTRC regulations and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telephony services with other IT/ICT solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
• Manage vendor relationships for procurement, support, and telephony hardware/software upgrades.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers, ensuring their growth and efficiency.
• Analyze telephony traffic, ensuring scalability and high-quality service.
• Stay updated on emerging telephony technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
