Additional Requirements

The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of CFMOTO Motorcycle.
This role involves providing high-quality technical support to customers, performing regular service checks, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the service team to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.
Service center to ensure customer satisfaction as well as spare parts sales & stock maintain in the Workshop.
Monitor daily service operations at CFMOTO Flagship service center.
Monitor dealers, authorized service center, local mechanics & spare parts shop operations to ensure optimum customer service. (If needed)Communicate with head office & quality assurance team regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, promotional & daily service activities.
Maintain communication & relations with local technicians, spare parts shop, dealers and other agents to know the market situation and competitors’ activities.
Provide advice and technical assistance to overcome major failure in the market and ensure maximum productivity.
Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure availability of service and spare parts at customer’s doorstep.
Frequent field visits to ensure customer satisfaction if required.
Aid marketing team to plan and arrange service campaigns and test ride camping, events etc.
