Lead technology transfer processes & post-startup reviews to ensure seamless implementation.
Ensure timely delivery of finished goods per production & cost targets.
Ensure assets are well-maintained & support continuous operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards on a timely basis.
Implement and integrate Quality Systems, EHS, and FP&R across the facility.
Develop and monitor a site-specific 3–5 year quality plan and ensure its implementation.
Maintain a facility-wide documentation system, including quality manuals and change control.
Lead internal audits, periodic management reviews, and address gaps effectively.
Manage non-conformance handling, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
Oversee manpower planning, resource acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure effective crisis management, including annual mock drills and audits.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure supplier GMP compliance through centrally driven programs.
Oversee effective handling of product recalls and recovery activities with a defined procedure.
Develop and execute site training and capability-building programs to enhance competencies.
Ensure compliance with global and local quality standards, including Colgate Global Quality Standards and KPIs.
