Plan, schedule, and perform on-site and offsite audits of stakeholders and their factories to assess compliance with social and ethical standards.
Use established audit standards to evaluate labor practices, working conditions, health and safety standards, and environmental impact.
Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, non-compliances, and areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of audit activities and follow-up actions.
Recommend corrective action plans for stakeholders to address non-compliance issues.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and re-assess compliance as necessary.
Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on social compliance standards and best practices.
Assist stakeholders in developing and improving their compliance standards.
Stay updated on global social compliance regulations, standards, and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and tools.
