Responsibilities & Context

Lead and oversee the company`s overall financial management and accounting operations.

Develop financial strategies, budgets, and business plans to support company objectives.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh financial, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.

Manage cash flow, banking, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial risk management.

Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Support investment planning, business expansion, and corporate governance.

Supervise the finance and accounts team to ensure efficient financial operations.

Report directly to the Board of Directors and provide timely financial insights for decision-making.
