Job Context: SEOPage1 is a digital marketing agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our dedicated team of professionals, both in-house and online, work together to help our clients gain enhanced online visibility and connect with potential customers. Currently, we are looking for a few Technical Recruiter. This is a full-time on-site role. As a Recruiter at SEOPage1, your day-to-day tasks will include managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions. You will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and building a strong talent pool. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Job Scope:

The job scope includes the followings:

• Understanding the hiring requirements shared by the management/team carefully.
• Creating suitable JDs based on that.
• Posting jobs on appropriate platforms.
• Basic sorting based on some basic metrics like educational qualification etc.
• Talking to the potential candidates who were filtered out based on basic sorting.
• Qualifying the ones appropriate for us and arranging an on-site interview where department people/management will be there.
• Coordinating their tests and paid tests.
• Coordinating with the management/departments during the onboarding process (for the finally selected candidates)
• Keeping records of all the works/data in tools shared by the company.
• Brainstorming and creating new strategies especially for the positions that are not getting qualified candidates.
