Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are maintained
• Train new housekeeping staff and ensure ongoing compliance with company protocols
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; coordinate with vendors as necessary
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
• Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain records of work assignments and ensure timely reporting
