Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in procurement and supply chain operations.
- Collect quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative statements (CS).
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain procurement, inventory, and supply chain documentation.
- Support vendor sourcing and vendor database management.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
