Additional Requirements

- The ability to follow up and follow through on delegated instructions and tasks.
- Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of desktop applications and related software packages, with proficiency in MS Excel a must (proficiency in MS Project and PrimaveraP6 an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
Responsibilities & Context
- Product Knowledge: Activities to ensure that AV solutions meet specified requirements and standards before implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesduring the pre-sales process.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Product Strategy: Defining the product strategy, including pricing, positioning, and target markets.
- Solution Proposal: Creating customized proposals and solutions that align with the client’s needs.
- Product Marketing: Developing marketing strategies and materials to promote Automation & AV products.
- Needs Assessment: Work closely with customers to understand their specific Automation & AV requirements and challenges.
- Presentation: Delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase the product or service’s features and benefits. Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients asneeded to showcase the functionality and effectiveness of proposed AV solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise during pre-sales discussions to guide clients in choosing optimal Automation & AV solutions. Develop comprehensive Automation & AV solutions in alignment with client specifications and industry best practices. Create detailed system schematics, diagrams, and documentation for proposed Automation & AV designs.
- Proposal Preparation: Create detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers, including pricing and product configurations.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitor’s products and conduct comparisons to highlight the advantages of offered Automation & AV products.
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with potential clients to earn their trust and confidence.
- Post-Sales Support: Must have technical capabilities of Automation & AV Products configuration & Programming. Prepare comprehensive documentation for AV designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration: Work in partnership with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Assist in preparing accurate and competitive project bids.
- Certification: Must have certification from relevant OEM of AV & Automation brands. · Relationship with OEM: Maintain relationships with OEM of Automation & AV products.
- Communication Skills: Candidate must have Effective communication skills, both verbal and written & fluent in English and Bengali for communication.
- Project Design: Creative and Outside of the Box thinking in designing Solutions.
- Time Management: Flexible with working hours to collaborate with our Global OEM across several time zones, able to work under tight deadlines. Perform hydraulic analysis.
