The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, confirming orders, responding to online inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting online sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Inbox, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone calls.
• Confirm customer orders through phone calls and update order information.
• Provide quick and professional responses to customer messages.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with proper solutions.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and services.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer records and update necessary information.
• Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
• Support online sales activities and achieve sales targets.
