Resolve quality related issues in production with technical knowledge and able to improve AQL levels at factory.
Responsible develop standard quality procedures (SOP) and implement to fulfill customer requirement.
Sound Knowledge of product development and patterns·
Better knowledge of planning analysis skill and quality operational activities·
Knowledge of specific- Traffic light system, Six Sigma and new quality systems.
Better analysis to maintain standard manpower ratio to maximize efficiency.
Work with quality KPIS.
Should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
Follow up the running orders quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
Monitor the work of QI, QC, LQC and QC supervisor and report superior.
Ensure production floor maintains standard quality level to secure 100% shipment.
Prepare all quality person Job description.
Handle 100% audit to through audit team. Responsible for 100% cut to ship.
