Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare sales and marketing Strategy for the company
- Market Data analysis and submit report to Management
- Develop market and business plan
- Coordinate with every team and monitor their performance
- Appoint new dealer and sales force in blank market.
- Monitor sales force daily activities-including attendance, visit & sales/order collection.
