Responsibilities & Context

Welcome parents, children, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, and respond to inquiries about the school.
Provide information about admissions, programs, school policies, and events.
Manage student registration and admission documentation.
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and visitor logs.
Schedule appointments, parent meetings, and school tours.
Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and school management.
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and important documents.
Assist with fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain payment records (if assigned).
Monitor the reception area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Support school events and activities by assisting with registrations and logistics.
Address parent concerns professionally and refer complex issues to the appropriate staff.
Ensure confidentiality of student and family information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the school principal or administrator.
