Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to handle sensitive patient information professionally.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities & Context

Patient Communication & Support

Respond to patient inquiries via phone calls, messaging platforms, email, and social media channels.
Provide accurate information regarding treatment options, hospitals, doctors, medical travel procedures, and company services.
Guide patients throughout their treatment journey with professionalism and empathy.
Follow up with prospective and existing patients regularly.
Maintain complete patient records and communication history.

Coordination & Relationship Management

Communicate and coordinate with local and international hospital partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, referral partners, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate doctor appointments and telemedicine consultations.
Assist patients with medical reports, visa documentation, and travel arrangements.

Partner & Stakeholder Management

Maintain professional relationships with existing travel agents and referral partners.
Conduct visits to travel agent offices and partner organizations when required.
Support business development initiatives through effective partner engagement.
Ensure smooth communication between patients, hospitals, doctors, and partner organizations.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for every patient.
Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide timely updates regarding appointments, visa processing, treatment schedules, and travel arrangements.
Deliver personalized care and support consistent with the company’s service standards.

Administrative Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain reports related to patient inquiries and service activities.
Update CRM/database records accurately.
Assist management with documentation and coordination tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and company data.
