Responsibilities & Context
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional front desk environment.
Receive and greet visitors, guests, and clients courteously.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access procedures.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
Provide administrative support to different departments as required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and other front office activities.
