Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories

knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules.
Strong understanding of HR operations, administration, and compliance management.
Practical experience in handling buyer compliance requirements and audit preparation.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
Strong documentation and report writing skills.
Excellent employee relations and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google sheet.
Experience with HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations efficiently.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee movement records.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
Handle recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, warning letters, show-cause notices, termination letters, and other HR-related documents.
Manage office administration, housekeeping, transport, security, utility, and facility management.
Coordinate and manage all administrative arrangements for buyer visits to the corporate office and factories.
Arrange refreshments, snacks, tea/coffee, lunch, dinner, and other hospitality services for buyers, customers, auditors, and other distinguished guests.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, presentation facilities, and necessary logistics for buyer meetings.
Coordinate hotel reservations, airport pick-up/drop-off, local transportation, and travel arrangements for overseas buyers and guests when required.
Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas, and office premises are clean, organized, and presentable before buyer visits.
Maintain proper etiquette, confidentiality, and professional communication while dealing with international buyers and business partners.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, Codes of Conduct and company policies.
Coordinate with government authorities regarding labor-related matters when required.
Assist in policy development, SOP preparation, and implementation.
Prepare HR reports, compliance reports, and management reports.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
