Responsibilities & Context
Conduct psychological assessments to identify workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional distress, and behavioral concerns.
Provide confidential individual counseling and short-term psychotherapy to employees.
Design and implement Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and workplace well-being initiatives.
Conduct awareness sessions on stress management, emotional intelligence, resilience, work-life balance, and psychological well-being.
Coach managers and supervisors on recognizing early signs of psychological distress and promoting healthy workplace behaviors.
Provide psychological first aid and crisis intervention following workplace incidents, harassment complaints, traumatic events, or other critical situations.
Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Medical Centre, and business leaders to identify psychosocial risks and recommend appropriate interventions.
Support grievance management by providing professional guidance on behavioral and psychological aspects of employee concerns.
Recommend initiatives to reduce workplace conflict, absenteeism, burnout, employee turnover, and disciplinary incidents.
Assist in developing policies and guidelines related to employee mental well-being, psychological safety, and workplace behavior.
Monitor employee well-being trends and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Refer employees requiring psychiatric evaluation or specialized mental health treatment to appropriate healthcare professionals whenever necessary.
