SSC
Bachelor/Honors

Experience

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age 20 to 33 years

Previous experience in a Call Center, Telemarketing, Customer Support, or Data Collection will be considered an advantage.

Good communication skills in Bangla.

Basic English communication skills will be an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).

Strong listening, communication, and data entry skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities

Contact potential customers via phone to collect required information based on assigned projects.

Follow project-specific scripts and guidelines while communicating with customers.

Accurately record customer responses and update information in the CRM or reporting system.

Verify customer details to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly communication style.

Meet daily call and data collection targets while maintaining quality standards.

Ensure confidentiality of customer information and comply with company policies.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Perform any other call center-related tasks assigned by the management.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Over time allowance

Salary: BDT 9000/Month

Employees who maintain regular attendance and log in on time every working day will receive a monthly attendance bonus of ৳1,000.

The following conditions will make an employee ineligible for the attendance bonus:

More than 3 instances of late login, early logout, or half-day attendance in a month.

Any unauthorized absence without prior approval.

The attendance bonus will be added to the monthly salary if all conditions are met.
