Responsibilities & Context
Outbound call attend and providing all type of service
Other offline source complaint/query attending
External communication/follow-up for escalated issue
Operation on ticketing system
Daily Report checking / Work on complaint root causes
External communication with technical and commercial billing/support to ensure the churn back
