Responsibilities & Context
Duty Hours: 08:30 AM To 03:30 PM or 03:00 PM To 10:00 PM (Shifting Duty)
Create appointment for the patients.
Great and receive patients
Receive consultancy / Service charges from patients
Inform Doctor’s Assistant about received files.
Answer the patient’s query and give the correct information.
Handover the task to next shift of colleagues on duty.
Any task assigned by management.
