The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service.

Responsibilities & Context

Ensure compliance with BMDC, Ministry of Health, and affiliated university regulations.
Coordinate with departments on student academic progress and issues.
Coordinate academic and administrative meetings and maintain related documentation.
Maintain confidential records, files, and official documents.
Liaise with faculty members, students, hospital departments, and regulatory authorities.
Handle student academic queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, inspections, and official events.
Prepare official notices, reports, and correspondence and meeting minutes.
Organize academic meetings, examinations, and administrative coordination.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external authorities
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain office discipline.
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Principal or Management.
